CPEN credit and refund policy

Closed-loop credits

CPEN credits are prepaid usage balances for CPEN API calls only. Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Purchases

Credit pack purchases are generally final once credits are granted to your account. Duplicate charges or failed fulfillment caused by CPEN may be corrected with a ledger adjustment.

Refunds

If you purchased credits by mistake or cannot use the service, contact support@cpenrouter.space within 14 days. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion unless abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, or policy violations are involved.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks on consumed credits may lead to account suspension and API key revocation while the dispute is reviewed.
